Hello professor @sapwood, I have a question on the qualification requirement.

I have 5,266 SP but I delegated 5,000 SP, leaving me with 266 SP (effective). Am I still eligible?

The requirement is SP only, not Effective SP. So as long as you own "500 SP+Rep-60", you are eligible, regardless of whom you have delegated.
