Yeah, I noticed that it is very similar to pic1000. But, I was wondering, are those images free to use?
I assume they are because these are part of public domain. I guess we are the public although someone took that photo. The best thing to do is to refer to the contest.
I see. I can recall something about public domain images, that they can be used. But, I think I will double check that later.
