SC-33/W2| "paper art painting"

Hope you all are well. Today I'm sharing my new entry in this beautiful paper art challenge from the Creative Pulse Community. This time I created an artwork of beautiful flowers with the help of colored paper. I love making things by hand because it not only enhances creativity but also passes free time in a great way.

Material used

White card sheet
Colored A4 sheets (yellow, red, green and light blue)
Scissors
Scale
Pencil
The glue
Marker
Sketch Pen

Step by step procedure

First I put all the necessary equipment in one place so that it is easy during the work.

Then measure and cut strips of colored paper. Then they are folded and cut with scissors in a specific way so that when they open, they become the petals of the flower.

I made separate flowers of yellow, red and light blue. Open each flower carefully so that its shape looks beautiful.

Then glue the flowers onto the white card sheet and make their stems with a black marker.

Then cut leaves from green paper and glue them to the branches to make the artwork look more natural.

Finally, make a small bee, dragonfly and ladybird to make the scene more beautiful.

Then write your username and date and complete the last image.

Did I enjoy this activity?

Yes, I had a lot of fun making this paper art. Using different colored paper made the design more attractive. When all the flowers and leaves were in place, it was great to see the result of our hard work. Such activities improve patience, focus and creative thinking.

What was the most difficult phase?

The most difficult and delicate step for me was to make all the flower petals look the same using very thin computer sheets of different colours. If there was a bit slight difference in layering or cutting, the shape of the flower would be distorted and didn't look realistic and good. However, after working slowly and carefully, the desired result was achieved.

Final impression

This paper art was a great experience for me. A beautiful and colorful flower art is created with very few supplies. This activity inspired me to create more new designs. I hope you all will like this creation of mine.
