Today I am writing about an interesting Steemit Engagement Challenge S33- W3: which is all time my favourite topic ""3D art crafting|| this amazing challenge organised by @sualeha.

In today's competition, our teacher taught us how to create 3D artwork. This was the first time I had ever made something like this, and honestly, I really enjoyed the process. I had never created anything of this sort before; truly, this kind of painting appeals not just to children but to adults as well. In this artwork, I created fish, water, and green bushes. It depicts fish swimming in a river with water bubbles emerging from their mouths; making it was a lot of fun.

The materials I needed to create this 3D painting are as follows:

White sheet
Sketch pens, crayons
Colored paper
Scissors
Fevicol (glue)
Stone

Step 1

First, I started by sketching bushes on the white sheet. I drew uneven, winding bushes and then colored them using light and dark green shades.

Step 2

Next, I took colored paper to make the fish; I cut out four pieces and began folding them thinly from both sides.

After that, I left a section of about one inch and cut it off using scissors.

Step 3

I applied Fevicol to the folded section and glued the sides together. In this way, I prepared the base for the fish using all four square paper pieces.

Step 4

I shaped the back of the fish into a triangle. I used a stone to represent the fish's eye.

Step 5

I glued the stones onto the fish using Fevicol. Then, I placed the fish onto the bushes I had drawn on the white sheet and glued them all down.

Next, using a blue sketch pen, I drew water bubbles appearing to come out of the fish's mouths, and with a blue crayon, I created the water effect near the bushes. With that, my 3D painting was complete.

I really enjoy crafting; learning new things, trying them out, and creating something new boosts my creativity and allows me to learn how to make various items. I feel that through crafting, one can incorporate a wide range of colors and designs. It broadens your perspective and offers so many options; you can use your favorite colors to express your emotions and thoughts.

I would like to give this artwork to my niece; she is six years old. My main reason for this is that children are naturally drawn to colors, eye-catching objects, and things like fish. Since she has just started school, she is likely learning poems and lessons about fish; seeing a physical representation of what she is learning helps children connect with the subject more quickly. I believe she will be truly delighted when I give her this painting.
