A part of your pictures are very tiny especially if using a phone.

Do you throw your brushes away after use?
Why not use a pallet knife instead?

I only know this mix of sand and glue meant for structure next to painting. Interesting is you already coloured the sand + glue. I assume glue is cheap with you?
