Betterlife the dairy game by@ ahmed129(23/04/2026)

assalam walekum

greetings to all steemit members,I hope you all are well,so now I am sharing the dairy game

It was around 7 PM.
The heat was at its peak, and the fan was running at full speed… yet there was no real comfort.
Suddenly… click!
The power went out.
The room fell completely silent.
The fan stopped, and for a few seconds, it felt like time itself had paused.

“Not again…” someone said in a tired voice.
The UPS kicked in immediately, but after a few minutes, its sound started echoing:
beep… beep… beep…
It wasn’t just a machine’s sound — it was a warning that even this backup wouldn’t last long.
I picked up my phone — the battery was low.
A quiet fear crept in:
“What if this dies too?”
Cooking in the kitchen stopped halfway,
children paused their studies,
and every face carried the same question:
“When will the electricity come back?”
Outside in the street, people stepped out of their homes.
Between heat and darkness, conversations began.
Someone said with frustration:
“Today it’s gone longer than the schedule again…”
A light breeze on the rooftops brought a little relief,
and even in the darkness, life continued — with talks, laughter, and waiting.i think I should share pic with you of load shudding on pakistan

Then suddenly…
the lights came back.
“It’s back!!!”
The shout didn’t come from one house — it echoed from the whole street at once.
Fans started spinning again,
the UPS fell silent,
and a sense of relief returned to every face.
It wasn’t just the return of electricity,
it was the return of comfort — even if only for a while.
In Pakistan, load shedding isn’t just a problem,
it’s a feeling… one that every household lives through, every single day.
