The Diary Game: Laundry Morning And Fun Evening Moments(21-04-2026)

Hey y'all, hope you're all doing fine? Welcome to a diary session with @purpleidy23. On today's episode, I'll be sharing the highs and lows of my day so don't go anywhere, spare me few minutes of your time please. I woke up at 8:01 this morning, I don't know why I woke up that late because I had planned to be up earlier than that so I could do my laundry before any other tenant occupies the rope. I went outside and was fortunate the see that the ropes were still empty so I brought out the dirty clothes I had at home and began to wash them. Sincerely, if I had funds I would've paid the drycleaner to do the laundry for me cos I didn't have the strength to buy since I had no other option, I spent more than an hour doing the laundry myself.

I thought none of my co tenant would wash their clothes today as they didn't do it earlier but surprisingly, my next door neighbor who has a baby brought out some baby clothes to wash almost thirty minutes after I had started mine. That motivated me to be fast with my own laundry if not, the space I planned to sun dry my clothes would be occupied and I won't have a choice than to use the ropes close to the toilet and that's not what I wanted for myself. I finished and hanged my clothes, went into my room and swept before stepping out to buy akara, milk and chocolate for breakfast. I returned home, took my bath, boiled little quantity of water for tea, made my breakfast and ate before surfing the internet to get the trending gist.

I was on my phone when my neighbor called me informing me that the tap is now flowing and that I could come and fetch water. I got out of bed and took my rubber out to fetch water, I refilled my drum and went in to rest. I had downloaded a movie some days ago to see but haven't been able to see it since then so I determined to see the movie today as I didn't have any more activity to do so I opened my video player, turned on my MP3 player, connected both and began to see the movie called 180 but I ended up regretting why I wasted my time on the movie cos it turned out not to be interesting. I angrily went to bed and woke up excited when I saw a credit alert on my phone as I got up, I was damn broke in the morning that's why I choosed tea and akara for breakfast but with the alert I saw, I could confidently prepare the meal I'm craving for which is coconut rice and fried dodo.

Sometimes, I wonder if I'm really a student because I eat meals most student find it difficult to afford but better still, I give God the glory. I got up and made pland for my meal but my neighbor came calling again but this time, she wanted me to assist her with something and since I could help her with what she needed, I suspended cooking and went to weave her hair. I noticed she had dandruff in her hair and told her of it and also recommended she applys limes on her scalp as it will help eradicate the dandruff. While making her hair, I got a call from my friend who informed me that her money had been refunded and she wants us to hang out together in fulfillment of the promise she made to me.

When I finished with my neighbor's hair, I took my bath, got dressed and stepped out. We had agreed on a meeting point and while on my way there, I called my friend to know if she had leave her house yet and I was asked where I was immediately she picked up. We met and took turns in taking pictures in a recreational park we stopped by first before proceeding to a shawarma spot where we hanged out. The outing should be the highlight of my day as I really had fun and enjoyed myself and I never felt like returning home, I thanked my friend who's been like a sister to me before we both returned back home. As I got into the house, I decided to make my blog before doing any other thing so that's all for today.
