That was on a lighter note. For me, the lesson I've taken is to be empathetic to others. No amount of hurt should let you raise your voice on another person be it your elder or a child.

Also, there is no need of accusing anyone when it's clear that a certain result wasn't clearly their fault. Like, every shoe subsequently gets that split in the middle after frequent wears and not just one single outing.
