When Life Feels Like an Endless Loop

We are all busy in our own life; for me, sometimes I feel I am a robot now. Kind of in a loop, and sometimes I feel a bit low. I feel amazing compared to the really happy people. When I see happy people around i think why I am not happy? What am I missing in life. I think I worry too much about things, mostly the future. The main reason is overthinking most of the time. I do try to keep myself busy most of the time. If I am free, then things are not in my control in a way.

I overthink too much sometimes; the best thing I do to avoid it is I keep myself busy with work. Sometimes a few people say to me that you an alien lol. Sometimes it is ok if they feel like that; it's not my mistake in a way. But sometimes I feel like a machine; it's not like I don't have friends, I have, and I also enjoy their company. Times with friends are amazing.

One thing I have noticed is that if you are too busy and you don't have time for yourself, then it is going to impact you in the long term. So, we should
change something in our life. It can be anything: start gym, go for a walk, talk with friends, do something creative. Basically, add or remove things from your life that are not worth it. Sometimes we are not able to do things when we are in a loop we need to break it.
