Contest 57 | My favorite outfit this week

My favorite outfit this week is this lovely gown that a tailor sewed for me with the materials that I bought for Christmas celebration last year.

I like this outfit because the colour combination from the clothes material really complimented my skin color. Any day I put on this gown I receive compliments from people everywhere I go before reaching my destination. I also like it because the gown is neither too tight and nor too loose , it's just right. The sewing is also neat as well and you'll hardly know that it was sewn by a tailor and not a big brand.

My outfit was sewn and I got the cloth material that was used to sew this gown from a shop in the village in anambra state which is my state of origin in Nigeria where I travelled during the holiday period and I did not see the need to buy an expensive gown just for the festivities when I could easily get materials and sew a gown that will fit me and also last me for a longer time.

A total breakdown of my gown: per yard of the cloth material cost ₦1,500 in Nigerian Naira and I used 4yards for my gown which is ₦6,000 in Nigerian Naira converted to steem price is approximately 110 steem. I also paid the tailor her workmanship which cost ₦3,500 which is approximately 64 steem. The total both in naira and steem is ₦9,500 and 174 steem.
