I love afghani handi , I make this recipe often at home. You really make this recipe in a good way and step by step presentation make it more easy to follow. Afghan Cuisine has many rich flavor recipe, you share the origin and history of recipe in very interesting way. I'm totally agreed that this recipe shows the weather of Afghanistan that is mostly cold and this rich recipe favours it. Best of luck for the contest ❤️
