Assalamu Alaikum. Greetings Sri Lankan community. How are you all? I hope by the grace of Allah, you are all doing well. Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah, I am also doing well. I pray to Allah that we are always doing well.

Today I would like to share a lifestyle blog with you. Basically, I woke up yesterday afternoon and after waking up, I left for the market. On the way to the market, I saw a farmer returning home from work.

Let me inform you in advance, I live in a village. Most of the people in our village are farmers. Only the villagers earn their living by doing agricultural work.

So I always have to be with the farmers and spend time with them.

Yesterday when I left for the school field in the afternoon, I saw a farmer returning home from a distance. A farmer works in the field all day long. After doing agricultural work, in the evening he carries a head for the cattle. When he was returning home carrying grass on his head, his beauty impressed me quite a lot. An ordinary farmer of the village is returning home with grass on his head. What can be more beautiful in nature than this???

Then I stood there for a while. After standing for a while, I liked it a lot more. Then I saw a farmer working on the side of the road.

Basically, that young farmer was working on his own agricultural land. Jute has already been cultivated in our area a few days ago. Basically, a farmer was working on that jute agricultural land.

Then I saw my friend a little distance away. My friend is a farmer and he earns his living by doing agricultural work. My friend and his father were working in the agricultural land far away. I liked watching them work from a distance.

Then I called my friend. My friend invited me to go to him. I reached my friend and I saw my friend and his father working in their agricultural land.

I stood next to their agricultural land for a while. I liked standing very much. Because in the afternoon the sun would almost disappear. And there was a lot of wind in the field. Since it was the month of Baishakh and it was very hot, it was very difficult to find wind. When I stood next to the agricultural land and watched my friend work, there was a strong wind. I liked the most to enjoy the sight of them working. They were taking care of their crops very quickly and carefully.

I was talking to them for a while. At that time, another friend of mine came to me and asked me to go to the market. Anyway, finally, with great joy, I said goodbye to my friend and said goodbye to him. Then, I and another friend left for the school grounds.

Basically, this is how I enjoyed a beautiful afternoon with agricultural work. Basically, I like farming a lot. But I can't do agricultural work and I don't have the habit of doing agricultural work. Being the son of a farmer, I didn't respect and honor farming much.
