I think this should be a blueprint on How we should introduce Steemit to others 😃
The catchy old way of getting a reward for your writing on steemit might be outdated and not working as those who attract to this would end up frustrated if they not getting the result they wanted.
Most important is grooming and engaging with the recruits that we have brought in here so they feel motivated to carry on.
Not all humans can be self-motivated, humans are meant to live as a community, constantly lifting up each other and be there for each other in good and bad times...
Thank you for sharing your experience and all the works and contributions that you did for steemit community. I'm glad that I noticed you back then. I knew you are a reliable one. Sometimes you are a bit strict but that's your character, you have all other good sides that make up for that 😄

    Yes.. both you and I saw this before a few months the result of over-promising.

    They need to push. As steemit is a little different than other social media they need lots of guidence to understand the pattern of steemit. Recruiters have to spend some additional time on it.

    😅Just for bad things. and wrong behavior. Otherwise, I am so fun😅😅😅 . Oh ask them kannon 😄
