Hello My Steemain Friends ,
How are you. I hope you people of steemian are good and enjoy your life . Well I am well. May God bless you all. Today I am writing about an interesting and knowledgeable contest which is launched by @fortwis09 all time my favourite topic ""Pictures tell a thousand stories... Contest "" So, in this post I am going to share my point of view about this topic
As the summer season has officially begun, so too has the arrival of mangoes. While we typically enjoy the juice of ripe mangoes—which are so sweet that they can simply be sliced and eaten as a standalone treat—raw mangoes are equally delicious and offer a wide range of culinary applications.
You can use them to prepare various pickles—whether a sweet-and-sour variety or a purely tangy one—or to make Aam Panna. This Panna is a quick-to-prepare mango beverage that offers protection against heatstroke. Given the hot winds that blow during the summer months—and the fact that people inevitably have to venture outdoors rather than staying cooped up at home—drinking Aam Panna serves as an effective shield against the scorching heat.
Raw mangoes are also frequently used to make chutneys; indeed, the tangier the chutney, the more delicious it tastes. Thus, mangoes offer a multitude of uses: ripe mangoes are transformed into mango shakes and Aam Papad (mango leather), while my personal favorite is Kachche Aam ka Galka—a sweet-and-sour raw mango relish that I absolutely adore. The best part about this dish is that it can be whipped up in a flash and stored in the refrigerator for three to four days, allowing you to enjoy it at your leisure.
To achieve that perfect sweet-and-sour balance, you can use either jaggery or sugar. It is not only quick to prepare but also incredibly delightful to eat; personally, I love pairing it with roti or parathas, as well as with dal-chawal (lentils and rice) or sabzi-chawal (vegetables and rice)—it complements just about anything!
Raw mangoes are generally quite easily available in the market, though they appear in abundance specifically after a storm has passed. This is because strong winds cause the raw mangoes to naturally detach from the trees and fall to the ground. Consequently, these wind-fallen mangoes are not only delicious but are also often available at very reasonable prices during such times.
As the summer season progresses, the supply of mangoes continues to increase, bringing with it a diverse array of varieties—such as Langra, Safeda Lakhnavi, and Malihaabadi. There are many varieties of mangoes, and they are so delicious that during the summer season—even if we aren't able to eat much regular food—we can happily sustain ourselves on mangoes alone. They taste absolutely wonderful; everyone in our family loves them.
I would invite my few friends @max-pro , @adeljose , @tasonya

Thankyou ❤️
