Congratulations, @mesola, for reaching this huge milestone. You have also done well to enlarge the scope of this contest. I pray that God will keep you and give you more insight. As part of my entry for this week, I have drawn a beautiful Bird with a scarf on its head. It is a pencil drawing and the aim is to put smiles on the faces of all the kids and parents in the community. Without wasting much time, let's dive into the step-by-step process.

Materials for the drawing

• White embossed paper
• HB pencil
• 2B pencil
• 5B pencil
• Eraser
• Razor blade

Step 1
I drew the beak (mouth) of the bird. I also drew part of its head and the eye using an HB pencil.

Step 2
I drew the scarf on the head of the bird and have it tied around its neck. I also used an HB pencil at this step.

Step 3
I drew the back of the bird, its feathers, its tail and its body using an HB pencil.

Step 4
I drew the two legs of the bird and the stick it stands on using an HB pencil.

Step 5
I shaded the eye of the bird using a 5B pencil. I also shaded its beak (mouth) and the entire head of the bird using an HB and 2B pencil.

Step 6
I shaded the scarf by first drawing the beautiful flowers on it. After drawing the flowers, I shaded the scarf using both a 2B and HB pencil.

Step 7
I shaded the entire body of the bird which I began with the feathers, followed by the tail and the body of the bird. I used an HB and a 2B pencil at this step.

Step 8
I shaded the legs and the stick on which the birds stand. Here, I used a 2B and HB pencil.

Conclusion
