I always strive to create diverse content, that is why I am here today with a new post. Today, I will share the best meals I had this week, along with my thoughts and feelings about them. Food is always a fascinating subject. I extend my sincere thanks to @ngoenyi ma'am for organizing such a wonderful contest. So, let’s get started---

I currently live in a student hostel.where meals are prepared in bulk for everyone, and we pay a fixed monthly charge for them. Although the food may not be particularly flavorful, it is healthy.A variety of vegetables are cooked with minimal spices in a light broth. All in all, I have thoroughly enjoyed experiencing new flavors this week.

Here is:contest link

Tuesday(Breakfast and Dinner)

(Rice, ash gourd curry, fish curry, potato-egg fry, and carrot curry)

For breakfast on Tuesday, I had rice, lentils, fish curry, and ash gourd curry. I particularly enjoy ash gourd stir-fried with shrimp. As it is a very watery vegetable.

For Tuesday's dinner, I had rice, lentils, a carrot dish, and an egg-and-potato stir-fry. Since I prepared the egg-and-potato stir-fry myself, it tasted quite delicious.

Wednesday(Breakfast)

(Rice, dal, mustard fish, and Malabar spinach curry)

For Wednesday's meal, I had rice, lentils, fish cooked with mustard, and a Malabar spinach curry. Malabar spinach has always been a favorite vegetable of mine. This particular curry is made with sun-dried lentil dumplings and potatoes, making it incredibly delicious.

Thursday(Breakfast)

(Rice, potatoes in poppy seed paste, papaya chutney, and papad)

Every Thursday, our breakfast includes potatoes in poppy seed paste served with rice, alongside papaya chutney and papad. Although the type of chutney varies according to the season, I am not particularly fond of the Posto dish.Even though it is quite expensive and beneficial for the body.

Saturday(Breakfast and Dinner)

(Rice, dal, shukto, fish curry, okra curry)

For Saturday's breakfast, I had rice, fish curry, Shukto, and red lentil . Since red lentils are highly beneficial for health, they are a regular part of our daily meals. Moreover, although the Shukto dish is not spicy, it is prepared using a variety of vegetables. such as-- raw banana, potato, drumstick, bitter gourd, and carrot.

For dinner, I had rice, red lentils, and okra curry. I really enjoy okra prepared as mashed) or stir-fried.However at the hostel, all vegetables are typically cooked in a stew like gravy with potatoes.

I hope you all will like my post today. I will be back with a new topic tomorrow, until then, everyone stay well and healthy.
