Greetings
week--34|| My Weekly Food Highlight
I always strive to create diverse content, that is why I am here today with a new post. Today, I will share the best meals I had this week, along with my thoughts and feelings about them. Food is always a fascinating subject. I extend my sincere thanks to @ngoenyi ma'am for organizing such a wonderful contest. So, let’s get started---
I currently live in a student hostel.where meals are prepared in bulk for everyone, and we pay a fixed monthly charge for them. Although the food may not be particularly flavorful, it is healthy.A variety of vegetables are cooked with minimal spices in a light broth.Additionally, I visited my home for two days this week.Where the meals prepared by my mother were incredibly tasty and enjoyable. All in all, I have thoroughly enjoyed experiencing new flavors this week.

Tuesday(Breakfast)
(Rice, red lentils, bottle gourd curry, and fish stew)
For Tuesday's breakfast, I had rice, red lentils, bottle gourd curry, and fish stew. Red lentils are rich in protein, and bottle gourd helps keep the body cool. A piece of hostel fish satisfies us for the entire day.
Thursday(Lunch)
(Rice,Fish Fritters with Ridge Gourd recipe, Recipe for Mrigal Fish with Seeded Plantain and Potato)
For Thursday's lunch, I had a dish prepared by my mother fish fritters cooked with ridge gourd along.With a curry made from Mrigal fish, potatoes, and seeded plantains served with rice. Seeded plantains are a personal favorite of mine, and they taste absolutely delicious.
Friday((Lunch)
(Rice, taro greens with small crabs, and fish's with elephant foot yam curry)
For Friday's lunch, I had rice, taro greens with small crabs, and a fish curry with elephant foot yam all prepared by my mother. The small crabs were full of roe.Which tastes absolutely delicious, and the fish curry with elephant foot yam is always a tasty dish.
sunday(Breakfast)
(Rice, red lentils,potato and Malabar spinach curry)
For Sunday breakfast, I had rice, a potato and Malabar spinach curry, and red lentils. The hostel's cooking was very the curry was bland, lacking both spice and salt.
