It feels good to be back writing on steemit and I want to thank @elsa-queen for this beautiful writing contest. I hope that my write up encourages and is applicable to as many that will be reading it.

We have different ways of making life easier but my favorite life hack is to start every day with prayer.

How does it help you in your daily life?

Before I begin my daily activities, I take a few minutes to kneel down to pray and commit my plans to God. This simple habit has become one of the most important and effective parts of my life because it helps me face each day with hope, confidence and peace. There is a bliss felt knowing that you have a covering over your head before stepping out everyday for your daily work.

Life as we all live in is unpredictable and full of unexpected situations and when I feel stressed about school,my future, family and finances, I go to God in prayer instead of allowing fear and anxiety to control my thoughts and overwhelm me about the situation.

Prayer is the thing that makes me feel calm as it is a reassurance that i don’t have to handle things alone. It is a courage and confidence booster as it gives me the courage to keep moving forward, even when things do not go as I planned.

Another reason why I love this life hack is that it helps me stay focused. When I pray in the morning, I feel more motivated and organized to complete my daily tasks. I also become more patient with people and less likely to react in anger which is a good effect because everyday we come in contact with different types of people that will test our patience level and I am quick to anger.

Prayer is also a reminder for me to be thankful for what I have instead of complaining about what I do not have and this is a good practice because whenever you feel lost counting your blessings in the Lord becomes a new source of hope to continue living.

Prayer is also a source of strength during difficult times. When I experience disappointment or failure, praying helps me find comfort and hope. Though the situation does not change immediately, I still feel stronger because I know that God is with me. I also back up my prayers with that saying that "Every disappointment is a blessing" and this positive mindset helps me overcome disappointment instead of giving up.

I would 100% recommend this life hack to others. It does not require money, a lot of time or special methods. Anyone can pray anywhere and at any time. Your prayer time could be in the toilet,while walking on the road or even in your room because God is everywhere with us and listens to us. Spending five or ten minutes talking to God makes a big difference in how you feel throughout the day. Prayer helps build faith, reduces worry, and encourages us to trust God's guidance in every situation.

To conclude,everyone has seen why my favorite life hack is to start each day with prayer and I'd love to encourage everyone reading to use this simple life hack every day and notice how it affects the overall outcome of your life.
