My Fitness Diary || 24 -04 -2026 || Full Body Cardio Highlights
Hello fitness enthusiast and the novice, I believe you're all had a wonderful day and good fitness journey, as for me I'm very strong and healthy and I'm also enjoying my fitness journey day by day .
Today I want to share my full body Cardio exercises with you all, after we finish our anniversary preparation on Friday morning I decided to incorporate a five minutes full body cardio exercise with my fitness client.
The purpose of the five minutes duration was to keep my clients cardio intact, in good condition because the upcoming anniversary event would for sure taste their cardio and also endurance, so this was how I ended up pulling a five minutes cardio.
To make it effective I needed to blend high intensity exercises with low intensity exercises, I needed balance and I got it. Under the five minutes different exercises was executed, more emphasis on the video highlight.

At least everyone program was executed in one set and 20 repetition, since it's a cardio exercise rest was only allowed after the five minutes, by this the exercise was incorporated to it's full potential, we sweated for what it worth.
We concluded the session with a stretch, we were already of time as other duties called, so three minutes stretch was enough to wind down the whole session, it was a successful fitness session that everyone enjoyed, on this day we we happy to have two new members, we're growing bigger day by day.
