Assalamu Alaikum

How is everyone doing today? I hope you are all happy, healthy, and doing great. Alhamdulillah, I am also doing well by your prayers. And that’s exactly why I’m here once again—to share a brand new blog with all of you. ণecoming a great blogger is not just about writing—it’s about the perfect combination of knowledge, experience, and creativity. The stronger these three qualities are within a person, the more impactful and engaging their content becomes. A truly skilled blogger has the power to capture attention, hold it, and leave a lasting impression through every single post. In today’s world, where content is everywhere, only creative and meaningful work stands out. That’s why we should always focus on improving ourselves, learning new things, and expressing our ideas in unique and creative ways. Let’s keep creating, keep inspiring, and keep growing together.

Today, I am here to participate in another wonderful competition organized by @mesola in the Steem Kids & Parents community. This competition includes various topics where everyone has the opportunity to showcase their creativity. It is truly a beautiful initiative, and I would like to sincerely thank @mesola for organizing it. I am very happy to share my creativity through this blog today. In this post, I will present “Making Dolls with Clay”.

“Making Dolls with Clay”

“Preparation Method”

Step-1

First, I took a small amount of clay matching the skin tone and rolled it into a ball to make the doll’s face. Then, I gently flattened it a little.

Step-2

Next, I drew the eyes using a black marker pen and added a light blush on the cheeks to make the doll’s face look even more beautiful.

Step-3

Then, I took some more clay for the body and shaped it into a slightly long form using my hands. After that, I cut the lower part a little with scissors and nicely shaped the neck area under the head.

Step-4

Next, I took purple-colored clay for the frock, rolled it into a ball, and flattened it thinly.

Step-5

image.png

Then, I used a pen cap to cut the middle part of the frock so that it could be fitted through the doll’s neck.

Step-6

image.png

In this way, I dressed the doll with the frock and used my hands to create a few pleated designs on it. Then, I attached the face to the body using a toothpick. After that, I used black clay to make the back part of the hair and fixed it onto the head. Since it was my first time making a clay doll, I made it a bit nervously, and I couldn’t take many pictures either.

Step-7

Now, I took some more clay and made a few front hair strands for the doll.

Step-8

Then, I took some clay again and carefully made the doll’s two hands beautifully.

Step-9

Next, I took purple and pink colored clay to make a few small flowers. Later, I felt that using some different colors for the flowers might have looked even better. But making the doll had already taken a lot of time. Meanwhile, all the household work was left pending. Since I was working with clay, I couldn’t leave it unfinished either, otherwise the clay would dry and become hard. So, I completed everything in one sitting.

Step-10

And here are the little flowers I made with clay.

Step-11

image.png

Then, I took green clay and made a few stems for the flowers.

Step-12

image.png

Then, I attached the hair, flower stems, and flowers to the doll one by one.

Final Step

And in this way, taking my time step by step, I finally completed today’s clay doll DIY post.
