How are you all .I am @ roohiasif99 from Pakistan.I hope everybody fine too.Today here I am participating this wonderful contest .which organized by @steem for kids and parents community.I am thankful for community and it's members.Today here I am share you recipe of spinach with potato delight.I hope you like it and give me a valuable feed back.
Let's move towards and starts

| Spinach | 1 kg |
| Oil | as required |
| Tomatoes | 3 small size |
| Green chilli | 4-5 |
| Chilli flacks | 2 tsp |
| Salt | as required |
| Turmeric powder | 1 tsp |
| Fresh soya | 1 tsp |
| Garlic | 1tsp chopped |
| Curry leaves | 4-5 |

Procedure with step by step
Wash and cut the Spanish in medium size .then keep it in stainer untill the excess water removed it.
Then take a pen add in oil .when oil heated the pen add in garlic,curry leaves and frying 2-3 minutes.

Add Spinach in pen .then add tomatoes and green chilli .mixed all the ingredients very well

Add spices written mention in ingredients list.then mixed all the ingredients in spoon.

When the spinach water started to dry up, I washed and chopped four large potatoes and then added them to the pan.

Then coved it for 15 minutes untill the potatoes are tender.
When all the water of Spanish dried .oil surface in the pen .it's means potatoes spinach ready to served.

This is my final presentation.I hope you like it and give me a good response.Aloo Palak is a traditional Pakistani and Indian dish made with potatoes (aloo) and spinach (palak). The potatoes are cooked with fresh spinach, onions, tomatoes, and spices to create a healthy, flavorful, and nutritious meal. It is commonly served with roti, naan, or rice and is enjoyed as a simple homemade comfort food.
