Specially, your creation seems more attractive to me because it is a cartoon character that is very famous and his name is Shin Chan.

And you have made him exactly like it. If I look at it in detail, I don't see any lack in it at all because this character looks exactly the same. I know that it is very difficult to create any cartoon character with because we have to enhance each and every feature if even one feature is wrong, the whole character's appearance is ruined.
