The Diary Game: (12/07/26) My Friend Taking Care Of Me While I'm Recovering From Being Sick

Hi guys good day and welcome to another episode of my diary game with mjeelifestyle, how was your day y'all? Mine was amazing and I spent it mostly indoors and here's how my Sunday went.
So I slept over at my friend's house yesterday because I'm sick and recovering and my friend is taking care of me. We woke up at 8am, there was no plans to go to church on my own part and my friend said she had some work to do because she works remotely so yeah.....we didn't go to church. I woke up feeling a whole lot better compared to how I felt yesterday, my nose was no longer congested and the fever was gone tho I'm still coughing and sneezing.
I help her tidy up the room when I got, it's actually rude to wake up in someone's place and not do anything especially tidying up, there was still some dirty dishes in the sink that we used yesterday so I washed them and put them away. And then my friend step out to buy some bread that we would have for breakfast. She bought some bread, butter, sardine, eggs etc and said she wants to make bread toast.

I helped out in blending the onions and peppers and my contribution was to keep the gist and gossips coming while we were in the kitchen.
She went ahead to break the eggs into a plate and added the blended onions and peppers and extra black peppers too for that spiciness and then added the sardine.

She greased her toaster with the butter and placed a sliced of bread then the mixture I mentioned earlier on top of the bread and covered that up with another slice of bread. She did it repeated.

When it was ready we paired that with some hot chocolate tea by this time it was already 10am or thereabouts. I really enjoyed my breakfast because it has been a while I had some toast, maybe because I don't have a toaster so making a toast is not always on my mind at all.

After eating we were just chilling, my friend was actually working and I was on my phone scrolling through social media. I fell asleep at some point but didn't nap for long tho.
I woke up and didn't find my friend in the room, I didn't know she was outside talking to her male neighbor. She called out to me when she noticed I was up and I joined them. Her neighbor is a friendly young guy and we have spoken on few occasions when he comes around to my friend's house or when he passes and calls out to her to know if she's fine.
So we were in his apartment just talking about random stuff and he was cooking some fresh corns. When the corn was ready he served it in a tray with some pears and we all are together. I was excited about it because of my love for corn .....hahaha and this was around 2pm.

It rained briefly later in the evening but good thing is that there was power supply so I was seeing a movie while chilling. Had some bread and butter from the morning as dinner and I drank water. I'll be here till I'm ready to go home and for work tomorrow I think that I would be working from home, I'll send in for permission.
