How are guys. I hope you are doing well. By the mercy of Allah I am also good.Today is the 19th of April,2026. It is Sunday . I was going to Jaranwala for an urgent piece of work . there is an agricultural farm in the way .I often buy vegetables and fruits here . Today I saw a strange vegetable at that farm . I asked the farm owner about this vegetable he told me that this is called kohlrabi, a cruciferous vegetable known for its bulbous stem and edible leaves. Edibility: Both the bulb and the greens are edible, with the bulb offering a crunchy texture and the greens tasting similar to kale.

Nutrition: It is an excellent source of vitamin B6 and potassium.
Preparation: The vegetable can be eaten raw with dips, roasted in the oven, or shredded into salads.
Variety: This particular specimen appears to be a large variety, possibly a "Superschmelz" kohlrabi, known for growing very large without becoming woody. It is also cooked. It becomes very tasty in chicken.beef and mutton. Today we are going to Cook it. Hope you will like it and encourage me on this informative post
