Today I Made Ant Nest Sponge Cake
Hello steemians lovers.
Today I'm back to my favorite activity: baking. So today I'm making ant nest cake, or caramel sponge cake.

This is the second time I've made this cake, and honestly, I'm a little proud because it never fails. Here's the caramel cake, or ant nest cake.

Chewy, soft, hollow, no need to hide, no mixer required. First, make the caramel, melt the granulated sugar, and when it's melted, it'll look like this.

Shake it, don't stir it. Once it's completely melted, slowly pour in the hot water. Turn off the heat, add the margarine, and wait for it to cool. In a separate bowl, combine the eggs and sweetened condensed milk.

Beat until well combined. Add the flour, tapioca starch, and baking powder. Stir well, then slowly add the warm or room temperature caramel. Strain first, then pour into a baking pan greased with caramel or a mixture of margarine, flour, and a little oil. Cook over low heat for about 20 minutes, until it makes a sound, then cover. Cook for another 2 minutes, or until it doesn't stick to a skewer.
😋

How about it? It's easy to make, give it a try.

Thanks You.
Thank you very much😊
