Нарешті стає тепліше / Finally getting warmer

Нарешті до нас потихеньку йде справжнє тепло! Хоча зранку ще було всього +4°, синоптики обіцяють вдень до +22°. Вийшла зранку з чаєм на балкон, Побачила небо, воно неймовірне. Хмари такі цікаві, наче розсіюються плоскими смугами. Красота!

На кухні зараз стоїть величезний букет тюльпанів та бузку з моєї дачі. Ви не повірите, але ці тюльпани пахнуть так приємно і свіжо, що я спочатку подумала, ніби десь парфуми розлила. Під цей аромат приготувала всім на сніданок сирники.

А потім почалося те, що зрозуміє кожна жінка. Знаєте, як воно буває? Стала почистити зуби, глянула на дзеркало — треба протерти. Мию дзеркало, бачу полицю — треба і її до ладу привести. Далі погляд на кран — а там наліт від води… Отямилася, коли вже всю ванну перемила, а зуби так і не почистила до кінця. Потім ще за котами пісок підтерла, пропилососила, пил витерла. Наче все переробила, а воно нове звідкись береться!

Син сьогодні молодець, засів за англійську. Йому зараз важкувато, бо через ті відключення світла взимку накопичилося багато боргів. Тепер треба все наздоганяти до кінця навчального року. Старається, вкладає всі сили, мені аж жалко його іноді. Ми з ним постійно обговорюємо завдання, коли в нього щось не виходить.

А мої думки вже знову на дачі. Хочу досадити кімнатні квіти, треба тільки не забути взяти з собою горщики, щоб набрати в них землі. У мене зараз багато гіпеаструмів стоять у воді, пускають коріння. Цього року вони в мене чомусь не хочуть рости. Цибулинки стали худими і жоден не розквітнув. Мабуть, все ж таки вода в крані погана, або добрива треба змінити. Буду їх рятувати.

Наступний тиждень обіцяє бути зовсім теплим, тож планую нарешті розібрати ящики на балконі, скласти все в органайзери, щоб було більше місця.

На вечір приготую рублені курячі котлети. Більше фантазувати не буду. Мої точно будуть тільки котлети і більше нічого, тому не буду більше нічого видумувати.

Finally, real warmth is slowly coming to us! Although it was still only +4° in the morning, the weather forecasters promise up to +22° in the afternoon. I went out on the balcony in the morning with tea, I saw the sky, it is incredible. The clouds are so interesting, as if they are scattering in flat stripes. Beauty!

There is a huge bouquet of tulips and lilacs from my dacha in the kitchen right now. You won’t believe it, but these tulips smell so pleasant and fresh that at first I thought I had spilled perfume somewhere. I prepared cheesecakes for everyone for breakfast to match this aroma.

And then something began that every woman will understand. You know how it happens? I started brushing my teeth, looked at the mirror - I need to wipe it. I wash the mirror, see the shelf - I need to put it in order too. Then I look at the tap - and there is a layer of water there... I came to my senses when I had already washed the entire bathroom, but I still hadn’t brushed my teeth completely. Then I wiped the cat litter, vacuumed, and dusted it. It’s like I’ve redone everything, and it’s new, and it’s coming from somewhere!

My son is doing well today. He sat down for English. It’s a bit difficult for him now, because he’s accumulated a lot of debt due to those power outages in the winter. Now he has to catch up on everything by the end of the school year. He tries, puts in all his strength, and sometimes I feel sorry for him. We constantly discuss tasks with him when he doesn’t succeed in something.

And my thoughts are already back in the country. I want to annoy my houseplants, but I just have to remember to bring pots with me to fill them with soil. I have a lot of hippeastrums standing in water right now, taking root. For some reason, this year they don’t want to grow. The bulbs have become thin, and none of them has bloomed. Apparently, the water in the tap is bad after all, or the fertilizer needs to be changed. I’ll save them.

Next week promises to be very warm, so I plan to finally sort out the boxes on the balcony and put everything in organizers to make more space.

I'll make minced chicken cutlets for the evening. I won't fantasize anymore. Mine will definitely be just cutlets and nothing else, so I won't invent anything else.
