Bokku Mart is a supermarket in Lagos loved by many people because it is cheap and easy to shop in. It is an ideal place for buying everyday things like food, drinks, toiletries without spending so much. They even sell in retail depending on your budget.

One good thing about bokku mart is that it is usually close to where people live, like it is easily accessible, so their customers don't have to travel far to shop. Once you enter the city Lagos, that is the first thing you would notice because the mart is everywhere almost at every bus stop, streets, and major roads. This makes it convenient for busy people or families looking for quick shopping.

However, the shopping experience is not the same in all location because I have been to almost 7 different locations out of bout 60-70 locations they have.. Sometimes certain items may not be available at a particular location or maybe at another location, the cue there would be much.

Overall, bokku mart is the right option for people who wants affordable items. They may not be perfect in having varieties but it helps save more and easily get our daily needs.

Bokku mart is not perfect but they've got this neat way of arranging goods to get customers attention. The first time I shopped there, what caught my attention was the serenity. The peaceful environment at which they operate, their packaging, their customer-friendly approach and their prices of goods.

OMG, these things got me hooked and glued to the mart. They have all price tag for every single item, and they don't just put the pack price, they price-tag it per single item not pack. Just if I want to buy a single biscuit or cheese-ball,they've got the price fixed there.

They also have customer bags that you just purchase after shopping for a very low price that is wow. I've compared them over time with other supermarkets and they keep beating them all over. I just can't stop shopping at bokku mart, they are the best in Lagos state, try it out!

The prices of goods are affordable. Once shop, forever shopping at bokku mart. After shopping at bokku for the first time, I usually shop from there back home each time I want to travel because their prices of goods keep me wandering where they buy their goods from or they are different from other supermarkets in Nigeria?

I still haven't got the chance to clarify these questions but im all, they are best so far in Lagos city, I mean affordability.

Ya, it is said that first impression matters. My experience with booku mart cannot be overemphasized. The feeling I got the first time I stepped into bokku, was super great. The environment was welcoming, the cashiers were customer-friendly, the securities were all putting on a smiley face which was beautiful.

The stocking area wasn't busy ay all, no crowd just the peaceful nature where I got to do my shopping without stress. Although bokku doesn't have many options, but their affordability won't let me leave them. They also have a bakery that makes the sweetest bread around my neighbourhood.

Their services were topnotch. All the workers were so friendly and cheerful. I didn't have to wait for so long at the cashier because they have about 4 points for payment. The store is easily accessible so I just walk down from my house to the store.

What do you think the supermarket or mini market needs to do to expand and tell us if the business is lagging in patronage.

The business is doing absolutely great but one thing I thing they need to do is to have varieties this way, they are able to maintain and retain customers. Having just one type of product makes you loose out of some customers but having a lot for pick would keep all customers.

They are already everywhere in the city so expansion is not their watch word right now. They only need to improve by have varieties because I am just glued at using one product from them.

Do you think a supermarket or a mini market should be more popular than a local business YES or NO? And support your options with what you have experienced before now.

NO

I don't think supermarkets or mini markets should be more popular than the local businesses. From experience, local businesses often give a morw flexible service. For example, when buying from small shops, I have a customer that could sell on credit to me, reduce prices for me or even suggest a better optiin based on my budget. This kind of relationship isn't found in supermarkets.

Also, local businesses are usually close to the environment so that people could easily access them and purchase, and they also support the people by creating small jobs.

Except bokku mart, other supermarkets may be organized and sometimes have varieties but they can feel more expensive and less personal.

So far, from what I have noticed in my environment, people often go to bokku mart to shop because they are relatable and convenient.
