How can you explain the weather in your side today?

Today the weather in my area is cloudy and pleasant.Since it is the rainy season we often see dark clouds in the sky and rain can start at any time.Sometimes it rains heavily for a few hours while other times it is only light rain.The temperature is cooler than in summer which makes the environment feel fresh.After the rain the trees plants and fields look green and beautiful.However the roads become muddy making travel difficult.Overall i enjoy the cool weather but i always keep an umbrella with me because the weather changes very quickly.

Have you encountered any challenge since we entered this season? (Business health flooding etc.)

Yes i have faced some chalenges durings this rainy season.The biggest problem is transportations because many roads become wet and slippery after heavy rain. Sometimes it is difficult to reach the market or university on time. Another challenge is health.Many people catch colds coughs fever and seasonal flu because of the changing weather.Mosquitoes also increase during this season which raises the risk of diseases like malaria.For people who run small businesses continuous rain can reduce customers because many people prefer to stay at home. Farmers may also face problems if there is too much rain as crops can be damaged by flooding.

What are the necessary things to put in place during this season?

There are many importants things we should do during the rainy season. We should keeps our suroundings clean and make sure drains are not blocked.It is importants to carry an umbrella or wear a raincoat before leaving home.People should wear proper shoes to avoided slipping on wet roads.Drinking clean water and eating healthy food can helps us stay healthy.We should also use mosquito nets and keep our homes free from standings water to reduce mosquitoes.Drivers should drive slowly because roads become slippery durings rain.It is also helpful to checking the weather forecast before making travel plans so we can avoid unnecessary problems.

This season caused so much flooding in Akwa Ibom State to be precise.Do you think the government should be blamed or the citizens for their careless refuse dumping? (Discuss)

In my opinions boths the governments and the citizens share responsibilty for flooding.Some people throws plastic bags bottles and other wastes into drains withouts thinkings about the consequences.This blocks the drainage systems and when heavy rain falls the water cannots flows properly leading to floods.Citizens should learn to disposed of waste in the right places and help keep their communities clean.At the same time the governments also has an important role.The government should provided enough waste bins improve drainage systems cleaning blocked drains regularly and organize proper waste collection services.They should also create awareness programs to teach people about the dangers of dumpings refuse in drains.Strict laws should be enforced against those who continue to polluted the environment.When both the government and the citizens work together flooding can be reduced and communities will become cleaner and safer.
