How to Make Spicy Curry Herbs Grilled Potatoes
Happy to share a new recipe once again today, and hope we are deemed great 😌
Today am sharing my go-to dish with you. This lovely and delightful recipe is one dish I look forward to preparing once am looking for a quick side dish or lunch for the family. A curry and light herb 🌿 sprinkle grilled potatoes with a toss of vegetable oil.
And the finished buttery color from the curry and veggie oil tossing, gave this grilled potatoes another exciting appetizing looks that makes this lunch 🥘 irresistible. Served hot, are more enjoyable and seasoned from the oven.
Below I take you through the process of this recipe with every step by step.
INGREDIENTS: ( Two (2) Servings)
1/2 of a large sweet potatoes
1 teaspoon of curry powder
1/2 teaspoon of thyme herbs
1/2 teaspoon of salt
10 ml cap of vegetable oil
5 cherry tomatoes
2 red hot peppers
1/2 of a mediums onions
STEPS FOR PREPARATION:
Step 1.
We commence this recipe by cutting out the required potato quantity , slashed into four and cut in bits above
And we peel, dice into tiny squares above .
Step 2.
We take it into a bowl and soak for 10 - 15 minutes to reduce some starch .
And we drain into a basket 🧺 once time elapsed and allow to dry a bit.
Step 3.
Next, we take the potatoes into the bowl above
Add the thyme herbs, the salt, the curry and the veggie oil.
We incorporate the ingredients properly, using our finger tips.
Step 4.
We take the potatoes into the baking pan above
And into the preheated oven to bake for 15 - 20 at 250 Celsius
Step 5.
Once the potatoes starts to bake, we wash and slice the cherry tomatoes, onions and hot peppers
Then we fry the gravy spice, adding the onions first to sauté for aroma before adding the tomatoes and hot pepper

Step 6.
We add a bit of curry, salt and thyme to spice the gravy up. Stir and set it down
Step 7.
We serve hot from the oven, garnished with the spicy gravy.
I like to always get my potatoes into a good shape once it comes to grilling or roasting potatoes, as the tiny square shape make its grill faster and nice, leaving each edge roasted and crunchy.
Always try to serve your grilled potatoes hot for a satisfying delicious lunch or dinner, as it can turn hard if left to cool down more than necessary. Hope you enjoyed cooking with me friends.
