The Diary Game: 7th August, 2026. How Toothache Ruined My Entire day.

Hello, everyone ❤️

My name is Tule. I write about the little moments of my daily life, and somehow, you've found yourself reading today's chapter. Welcome to my diary🤭

Waking up this morning was a absolute nightmare. I usually like to open my eyes, stretch, and give thanks for a new day, but today was completely different. The moment I opened my eyes, I felt a sharp pain through the right side of my jaw. It was as if someone was hammering a nail directly into my tooth. I sat up in bed immediately, resting my hand against my cheek to see if applying pressure would calm it down, but the pain just was still there.

I stayed on the bed for a long time trying to understand where the pain was coming from because I didn't eat anything extremely hard or cold last night. I couldn't even smile or talk properly. Even brushing my teeth became a huge struggle; I had to be extremely careful around that side so I wouldn't feel much pain . After spitting out the water, I just held my jaw and rested my head against my hand, looking completely worn out. The morning was off to a terrible start.

By afternoon, things hadn't improved at all. In fact, lying down on the sofa and the floor tiles all morning only made me feel more weak because I couldn't eat a single bite of food. Every time I thought about chewing, the mere idea made my jaw pain me more. My stomach was empty and making noise, but the fear of tooth pain was far greater than my hunger.

When it reached around 4:00 PM, I realized I couldn't survive the night like this. I gathered the little energy I had left, put on a simple gown, and walked down the street to the nearby pharmacy. I explained what I was feeling to the chemist, and he recommended some painkillers and anti-inflammatory drugs to ease the swelling and pain quickly. He gave me Diclofenac Sodium tablets and some packs of Anacin. I paid for the medications and walked back home as fast as my feet could carry me. As soon as I got inside, I swallowed the first dose with plenty of water and went straight back to lie down, praying for the drugs to work fast.

Thankfully, after about an hour, the painkillers started working their magic. The pain slowly died down to a manageable dull ache, and suddenly, my hunger hit me with full force. Since I hadn't eaten anything since morning, I decided to cook something simple, warm, and soft that wouldn't stress my teeth too much.

I picked up my bag and stepped out briefly to buy fresh ingredients to prepare rice and egg stew. I bought fresh tomatoes, red bell peppers, onions, vegetable oil and eggs. Preparing the meal was actually annoying after suffering all day. I blended the peppers and onions, fried them nicely in oil with seasonings, and cracked the eggs into the stew to make it rich and soft.

While the stew was simmering, I boiled some white rice until it was very soft. I sat down to eat my food, I chewed slowly on the left side of my mouth, taking my time with every bite. After finishing the food, I took my night dosage of medication, washed my dishes, and relaxed on the couch. It was a tough, painful day, but I'm just glad the pain finally subsided enough for me to eat and rest properly tonight. Thank you for reading my diary. I appreciate you love and support.

That pain is very bad. When I had similar issues, I went to hospital to refill the hole in my teeth after that I didn't feel the pain since 2 years ago
