King of Boys is a Nigerian movie that has left a lasting impression on me. The movie is about a political crime that is acted out in a dramatic way to tell the story of Alhaja Eniola Salami, who is a powerful and influential businesswoman that struggle to maintain her reputation and influence while facing her political rivalry, business challenges, and betrayal from people.

Choose a character you strongly relate to

The character of Alhaja Eniola Salami, the businesswoman, is what I relate to in the movie. However, in the movie, she is not perfect enough, but I got curious about her determination, resilience, and her refusal to give up even when things became so difficult for her to bear.

Mention the similarities between you and that character? ( Struggles and sstrengths

I am someone who believes in hard work and perseverance, just like Eniola Salami, who believes in both. In my life, I have experienced life challenges that tested my determination and patience, and despite all that I faced, I remained focused on my goals.

Also, I am someone that value courage and the ability to make her decision by herself when needed. Staying committed to my dream no matter the challenges in life is my strength, which was what Eniola Salami did as a businessman and politician.

What lessons have you learnt from that character?

I learnt a lot of lessons from the movie, and my first and foremost lesson is that every decision that we make in life has consequences.

I learnt about the importance of integrity, choosing the right path, and being careful about the people we trust and those around us. Also, in addition to what I have said, I learnt that legit success is not built on wisdom, character, resilience, or our own physical power, but it is built by having a team.

Conclusion:
The movie King of Boys, which I have talked about, is an interesting Nigerian movie that inspires me with valuable life lessons about ambition, leadership, perseverance, and loyalty, which I am applying in my daily life.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on King of Boys. I enjoyed reading your reflection, especially how you related Eniola Salami's determination and resilience to your own experiences. You explained your points clearly and highlighted some valuable lessons from the movie.

I would, however, like to offer a small constructive perspective on your statement that "legit success is not built on wisdom, character, resilience, or our own physical power, but it is built by having a team." I believe genuine success requires both. A strong team is undoubtedly important because no one achieves great things entirely alone. However, a team can only thrive under the guidance of someone with wisdom, integrity, resilience, and good character. These personal qualities help build trust, inspire others, and enable wise decisions, while the team's support helps turn those qualities into lasting success. In my opinion, lasting and legitimate success is the result of combining strong personal values with effective teamwork.

Overall, this was a thoughtful and engaging review. Thank you for sharing your insights, and I wish you success in the contest!
