StayFit 2nd anniversary was successful

I left my fitness group in my former city of residence to be managed by coach kidi40 who, after much encouragements accepted to coach my fitness group. While I was the coach, we had our 1st anniversary and it looked promising. Hence, I didn't want that group to close down like that when I got a job offer that made my family and I to move to my present city of residence.

It was time for the group to have her 2nd anniversary and I was fully consulted to assist with the planning. This was necessitated by the fact that I belong to a fitness body who only attends their members event. I had to step in because I wanted this anniversary to be one of it's kind. I was asked what it will take to pull the fitness instructors body to StayFit. When all the criteria were met, they, I mean the instructors body accepted to come out to grease the occasion.

Among the instructors, I was asked to select those that will perform on that anniversary. I chose 4 Of them since these four will be given a cash token as appreciation. I had to work with the budget of StayFit. I was regarded as the host among the fitness instructors body before they could join in the event.

Fliers were designed and shared by all fitness instructors to give it a wide coverage. I so advised coach kidi40 to try and join the fitness body and gain popularity. He did join us a week before this anniversary. And he was introduced to other fitness instructors.

The count down flyers were also designed from day 10 to the last day which were also shared on our various social media handles. In fact, it is compulsory that all fitness instructors share this. It is our requirements amd I did too.

I was also told to handle t-shirt printing for the event. My vendor sent 2 designs which we chose one out of the 2. List of those that needed the t-shirt was sent to me and I was able to coordinate it and ensured that they were ready on the day before the anniversary.

I already moved to my former city of residence with my family because of this event. The kids were very happy to travel and have fun. On that day which was 2nd May, 2026, I arrived at the venue with my family along with 2 of my members from my new fitness group in my current city of residence.

At the even venue, all the invited guests were present but we had a little disappointment from the DJ who didn't arrive at the scheduled time. The even had to begin before his arrival, at least the stretches. When everything was finally set, the coaches were I visited according to the order of events. I was the second to perform and my session was the Tabata session. I took the lead and handled 3 Tabata songs till the end. It was fun-filled.

The next coach performed. We all took turns until the last of us performed.

Then there were pictures at the end, then snacks were shared including drinks and water.

Then there were dances and rejoicing including some games to spice up the event.
