Good day guys, I'm yours truly @gentlefx8 and I welcome you to another episode of my daily diary. I woke up early this morning feeling ready for another day of the youth empowerment program. After preparing myself, I left home and headed to our usual meeting point where all the participants gathered before the day's activities began. Everyone was present on time, and it was nice seeing familiar faces again. I was looking forward to another productive day because each session continues to teach me something new about farming and teamwork.

Meeting With Participants

After everyone had assembled, the coordinators addressed us and explained the task for the day. We were informed that we would once again be applying fertilizer on a maize farm. They gave us the necessary instructions and reminded us to work carefully and support one another throughout the exercise. We listened attentively before making our final preparations to leave for the farm. Although I knew the work would be physically demanding, I was determined to give it my best and make the most of the opportunity.

Going To The Farm On Tractor

Not long after the briefing, we climbed into a tractor and headed to the maize farm. Riding in the tractor with the other participants was a beautiful experience because we all chatted, laughed, and enjoyed the journey together. The atmosphere was lively, and it made the trip more enjoyable. When we arrived at the farm, we immediately got to work by applying fertilizer to the maize crops. The work required a lot of energy, but everyone remained focused and worked together until we completed the assignment for the day which was really tough indeed.

Cooked Irish Potatoes

After finishing the work, we returned from the farm feeling exhausted. We were later served cooked Irish potatoes, and I was happy because it was just what I needed after such a stressful day. The meal was simple but satisfying and it helped me regain some strength before heading home. Today's activities were really hectic, and by the time everything came to an end, I was very tired. Despite the stress and fatigue, I am grateful to God for giving me the strength to complete another day's work. Every experience in this empowerment program is teaching me the value of hard work, perseverance and patience, and I look forward to what tomorrow will bring.

I do really appreciate y'all for reading, hoping to see you in my next diary.
