It requires time, organization, and striving to create well-presented posts. Therefore, work that involves care, dedication, time, and effort deserves a reward. That's how I see it. In fact, seeing an additional reward is motivating. Every Steem earned is a source of satisfaction for the effort made. An added bonus is being able to interact with users we empathize with, helping some of them if we can. It's like a big family where everyone has their role, and we have to do it well.
