The Diary Game: A Rainy Day, Staying Indoors throughout And Making Some Meals For The New Week

Hi guys good day and welcome to another episode of my diary game with mjeelifestyle, how was your day y'all? Mine was just normal because it rained the whole day at intervals so I was indoors throughout and here's everything I did today. Initially I planned on attending church today but it started raining heavily in the morning and I thought it was going to stop but it didn't so I cancelled the plan of going to church. I had been feeling lazy to stock up my refrigerator with food and only had little stew and the little afang soup that would finish if I eat just once so I decided to make some food. I had the foodstuffs already because I restocked when I was paid my salary, it was just time to make the meals that was the issue.
I woke up at 6am, couldn't go to church because of the rain so I just laid back in bed. When I finally got out of bed I went straight to the kitchen to begin prepping.
I had bought some vegetable leaves yesterday even though I had no idea what I was going to use it for, so I started with making yam porridge which didn't take long and it was ready in no time, I couldn't capture the process. I packed that up in a plate and when it had cool down I placed it in the refrigerator.

I still had some vegetable leaves left because I got a lot of it from the market due to the fact that it was very cheap because we are in raining season. So I made some vegetable sauce which I would use to pair with white rice or soup, when I was done I put it in the refrigerator also after it had cooled down. And the little vegetable leaf I had left I made some rice.
By the time I finished it was already past 12pm so I had my bath before proceeded to sit and enjoy the food of my labour. This month I promise that I will try to incorporate vegetables into my meals as much as I can because my diet hasn't been great of late. The weather was gloomy, inside was dark so I knew that taking a nap will be great.

I had a good sleep after eating, this was around 1pm and when I woke up around to 3pm it was still raining. I just spent the rest of the day chatting with my long distance friend and from chat we had a long call and the conversation really flowed well.

7pm came and I went ahead to have dinner of just cereal, and this is everything I did today. Spent the whole day just cooking, eating and connecting online as the rain didn't allow me to go out. Hope y'all enjoyed my blog and see y'all next time.....bye
