The Diary Game: A quiet Sunday, eating noodles and a calm evening walk. [02/08/2026]

Sunday started slow for me. I woke up late and I did not go to church because I just wanted to rest at home. The first thing I did was make food because I was hungry. I fried noodles and put it on a plate with a fork beside it. I also grabbed a can of Coke and a sachet of pure water because the weather was already hot. I sat on the floor tile and ate while scrolling through my phone. The noodles tasted good and the Coke was cold so it made the morning feel a bit better. I did not do much after that, just stayed inside and rested for a while.

In the afternoon I decided to go out and clear my head. I went to a particular river side near my area. The place was quiet and green with water flowing slowly. There was a small boat tied by the bank and trees all around. The sky was cloudy but it was not raining. I stood there for some time and just watched the water. It made me feel calm because my street is always noisy. I took pictures and thought about a lot of things. Being there reminded me that I need to take breaks more often instead of always being on my phone.

When I got back home in the evening I remembered I needed to take care of my health too. I opened a small plastic container that had chia seeds inside. I have been trying to add them to my food and drinks because I read they are good. The seeds were tiny and dark with some white ones mixed in. I poured some into water to soak them for later.

Later I went out again to run a quick errand. The road was dusty and there was a long wall with barbed wire on top. Behind the wall was a big white building with air conditioners. I walked fast because I did not want to be caught outside when it gets dark. The area looked normal but a bit rough and I moved quickly to reach my place faster

At night the street was empty and quiet. I walked along the main road and the trees were hanging over the pavement. There were tire marks on the sand and not many cars passing. The air was cool and it felt peaceful.

It was not a big day, but I enjoyed myself and that was ok for me.
