The Diary Game: [28/07/2026] Cooking And Hanging Out With Friends

As someone who is always indoors, I don't always have much to do. But today was different. It was unexpected, exciting, and refreshing.
This morning, I spent a few minutes contemplating what to cook and eat for breakfast. I don't always know what to eat, so it took me a while to decide. Eventually, I settled for rice and beans with egg. I picked the beans for a few minutes before proceeding to cook the meal. While I was eating, I received a text from my friend asking if I wanted to hang out with him. I didn't hesitate to say yes. I asked him where we were going, and he told me we were going to the cinema.
I was really looking forward to the hangout, so as soon as I finished eating, I took my bath, got dressed, and headed to my friend's hostel. When I got there, he was already ready, and we headed out. We took a bike, and after about 30 minutes, we arrived at our destination. I wasn't familiar with the place, but the name of the place was Obanta Centre in Ijebu Ode, Ogun State.
We went inside and headed to the ticket stand to get our movie tickets. We decided to watch a Nollywood movie titled Call of My Life. We were given a discount because we were students. We also bought popcorn and soda to snack on while watching the movie.
We entered the cinema hall and sat at the extreme end. Before the movie started, we were told not to take videos or pictures of the movie because of piracy.
While watching the movie, I enjoyed my popcorn as we passed the time. After an hour and a few minutes, the movie ended. I really enjoyed every part of it. It was very interesting, entertaining, and refreshing. I would rate the movie a 10/10!
As we were heading out, we took some pictures to capture the moment.
It was indeed a memorable experience for me, and I'm glad I decided to go out today.
