Hello Everyone I Am @MEMAMUN 👳‍♀️ From Bangladesh 🇧🇩

Dear friends, I hope you are all well. I am also Alhamdulillah, by Allah's countless mercy, doing very well. The 31st season contest is ongoing, and in this season, in the second week, dear brother @oswaldocuarta has discussed a beautiful topic. I will sincerely thank him because he has given us such an opportunity, and we want to present this topic very beautifully, so let's go.

For the first time in front of you, the topic I want to present is a monument. This is a monument created by the government, and its name is the July Independence Monument. First of all, I will discuss its location with you. It is situated in the Bogura district of northern Bangladesh. Right next to the heart of Bogura district, near Sāt Maṭhār, this government monument stands as a memorial in front of Independence Square.

36 July Monuments which are located in almost every district

Before I answer the question, I would like to share a few more things about why it was presented here and why it was established. This means that when we go back 2 years ago, we can say that the amount of genocide and anti-government movements that took place in 24 that our student masses were the people. Because of the success of the fascist movement.

It continued in the month of July until the 6th of the following month. That is why it was the 30th of July and the 6th of August that the fascist movement and the independence of the fascist movement were achieved. And then we got this independence and the fascist government fell. And even then, in these different districts and cities, such monuments were erected.

The movement of July 36 and the genocide were in opposition to the fascist government and concerned with fulfilling and vacating quotas. The memorials created around all these issues by students and the public are extremely important. Since my birth, I have never seen a war or fascist movement like the one witnessed this time. Let's answer some questions now, based on what we have been able to learn and what we have learned about this memory and the position.

In response to this question, I would say first of all that in answering this question I will explain why it is important for Bangladesh and in various districts and places. Even two years ago, before July 2024, this memorial was not as important as it is now. For the past 17 years, our fascist government has very neatly pursued its own benefits by acting against the people and opposing everyone. Party-wise, they are always wealthy, and the poor remain poor. All in all, after a long 16 years,

for the first time, young people and school, college, and university students came forward and gradually started a movement. Later, a civil war began, and as a result of this war, many students and people died. And in July 2024, the genocide ended, and on August 6th, independence was achieved and the government fell. The July Certificate honors those who contributed behind the fall of this government. This is why I believe this memorial is honored with the July Certificate and the July Praise Monument.

You asked how the current HC column has been preserved. I would say that every household in Bangladesh has a preserved responsibility. This belongs to the student community, this belongs to the general public, this is a memorial for ordinary people like us. No one will ever be able to break it. No one will ever be able to destroy it; rather, if anyone tries to destroy it, all the general public of Bangladesh and all the student community will come forward to protect it.

The general public and students are always ready to save it

Moreover, to maintain its beauty, it has been beautifully preserved with grills all around so that no one can enter inside. At the same time, arrangements have been made so that no animal, bird, cow, goat, dog, or cat can enter. Local student communities, officially and administratively, have built these. And the main purpose of it was to leave it as a memory. The student community, over the past 17 years, has brought down fascist governments; that is its main purpose, to be preserved as a memory.

When I visit this, I feel and sense that this is a great achievement and a matter of pride for us. To be honest, we were on the side of the students, and we were the solution to many problems of that fascist government and the root cause of those problems. We were victims of their genocide, subjected to oppression and suffered as the oppressed. My brothers, my neighbor brothers, and my sisters have been greatly harmed, injured, and have died or been martyred in this fascist movement. Overall, when standing in front of this memorial pillar and spending some time here, it feels like, in the end, the government has fallen. This is a matter of pride for us, and when I visit, I feel this way.

The place has been built very beautifully and it is not very old; it was established at the end of 2024 and was completed from the beginning of '25. It has been completed over the past one and a half years. If I have to describe the memorial pillar in three words, I would say: historical, independence, and memorial. These three words describe it as historical, as independence, and as a memorial. I have tried to analyze this beautifully from the beginning. I have also tried to capture it beautifully in a video, which I present to you below.
