Base on the quality of their posts they would be selected weekly to receive support from steemcurator01 outside the regale support they will receive from us.

Curation rules
We are to support the newcomers in this month curation based on the guidelines, rules and regulations laid down by the steemit team.
- We will only support newcomers who have been on the platform within three months
- Their publications should be steemexclusive
- They are to use the hashtags #newcomer in their post for easy access to their posts but we would also look out for other new users who missed out on this.
- Their posts must be free of plagiarism and no use of AI to create posts
- They must use their own images and copyright free to use images from the appropriate sources and must provide the sources to these images.
- We would use the tools available to us to fish out plagiarized posts and AI posts
- We would be on the look out for those fake accounts who are out to farm rewards and exploit the community and bring them to limelight.
- The team members will curate posts with voting weight of about 20-40% depending on the quality of the post.
- We would also support comments and encourage engagement among the newcomers and vote comments with voting weight of 10-20% depending on the quality of the comments.
- Higher percentage votes will be given to users who burnsteem as to encourage steem burning.
- We encourage them to powerup their steem as to build their influence in the community by joining a club, could be club5050, club75 or club100.
