Exactly, but education isn't deficient by default, it's by design. That's why I like a phrase I read somewhere that said education is the only true form of rebellion, or something like that.
It is by design of the one World order, the Eugenics..stupid people without a voice are needed. Slaves need to be obey and right now the immigrants are the ones needed and stupid enough not to see they are used. The citizens will fight back and once it is a total mess the one World order Govs will stand up and set new rules of course again to protect children (those sent to war) and it's citizens...
