The most annoying thing about a food processor, or a kitchen machine that can do everything, is cleaning it, and I can tell you that it doesn't save any time at all. I can chop an onion much faster with a knife and then just rinse the knife than chop onions with one of those machines where I have to put special blades or attachments in, and then comes the hassle: cleaning.
