That's really interesting @xcool24. I quickly browsed about it when I left your post but for sure it's not a daily routine recommendation because of the acidic and base components.
Lemon is acidic in its natural and raw state. But highly alkaline when metabolise in the system.
At 45% rate which is dependent on your hydration level for the past 6-7 hours 😌
