Good morning Steemians.How was the night? Hope it was good? It was fine down here with the favourable weather condition this time.ThankGod for the gift of life today.
Today, I would be having less work to deal with at home before leaving for work. Any moment from now, would be having my warm lemon water to stir up the system. For breakfast, not too sure but may likely have a protein rich diet like MOIMOI.

I mean what about orange juice with water 😌 and pls breakfast is really necessary for the day because of your brain functions though there are exceptions. Well let's leave the topic for another day.. That's really interesting @xcool24. I quickly browsed about it when I left your post but for sure it's not a daily routine recommendation because of the acidic and base components.
Lemon is acidic in its natural and raw state. But highly alkaline when metabolise in the system.
At 45% rate which is dependent on your hydration level for the past 6-7 hours 😌
