The Diary Game | 13-06-2026:Business Meeting,World Cup Vive & Maldives Memories!

Assalamu Alaikum, Dear Steemian friends! I hope everyone in the Steemit community is well and healthy. After a long time, today I am here with one of my most wonderful and busiest diary entries. The day was very memorable for me, full of work and entertainment. I sincerely apologize for being away from the community for a long time due to personal busyness.

As usual, I woke up at the appointed time in the morning. After freshening up and having a light breakfast, it was 7:00 am on the clock. My destination today was Uttara Uttar Metrorail Station. Upon reaching the station, I saw a train standing ready on the platform. However, the automatic doors of the train were not opening before the scheduled time. The doors were opened on time by maintaining perfect time and I boarded the train. In the blink of an eye, the train left for our designated destination, Farmgate Station. This modern and comfortable journey of the Metrorail removes much of the morning fatigue.

After getting down at Farmgate station, I boarded a Laguna and went straight to the famous "Cafe Rio" restaurant located at Dhanmondi 10/A. We had an official meeting scheduled there today. The meeting started at exactly 9:00 am. In between business discussions and important sessions, a light breakfast was arranged for us at 10:20 am. The breakfast consisted of a crispy roll and a piece of soft fluffy cake, which was quite delicious. Along with a cup of hot tea.

The FIFA World Cup 2026 is currently in full swing. To make this football fever even more exciting, a wonderful selfie corner was created at our meeting venue. There, everyone had the opportunity to take pictures with the frames and flags of their favorite teams. As you all know, I am a die-hard fan of Argentina! So, as soon as I saw the frame of Lionel Messi and Argentina winning the World Cup, I couldn't contain myself any longer. With the frame in my hand and a big smile on my face, I captured a wonderful memory on camera.

After finishing the important meeting of the day and the delicious lunch in the afternoon, I left for home in the afternoon. After returning home, I refreshed myself and finished my dinner. Then when I logged into the official WhatsApp group, our esteemed Head of Business Sir shared a picture in the group. As soon as I saw the picture, my mind instantly went back to the past and I became very emotional. This was a great memory of our official Maldives trip on August 31, 2023, which was captured on the boss's mobile. In fact, by sharing this picture, Sir has created an advance excitement among us. Because, we will be taken to Nepal again by the company in the coming July or August! This sweet joke of the boss and rekindling the whole memory is to double the joy of that upcoming trip.

​All in all, I had a wonderful day after a long day. The busyness of work, the excitement of football and the sweet memories of traveling all combined made the day unique. Then, I put my mobile on the table and went to sleep to relieve my fatigue.
