Thanks for the recipe! I was wondering: exactly how long can we keep these kebabs in the refrigerator before frying them? It would be helpful to know so we can prepare them ahead of time.

      After coating the kebabs, you can store them in the deep freezer for a month. You can take them out of the freezer and fry them in oil as per your requirement. Thank you.
