Yes, I have made chicken curry using the simmering method, and it is truly amazing. My whole family loves to savor the taste of chicken curry using the simmering method. It is different from other recipes because, in this method, the chicken is cooked slowly on low heat, allowing it to slowly absorb the spices and aromas. This gives the curry a deeper flavor, softer texture, and a thick, well-mixed gravy, which is tangy in taste, compared to recipes cooked quickly or in a pressure cooker.

| Turmeric Powder | 1tsp | Garam masala | 1/2 tsp |
| Salt | As Required | Cooking oil | 3 tbsp |
🍛Making Process🍛
Step 1:
Before moving on to the main cooking, I washed the coriander leaves, tomatoes, and green chilies in clean water and chopped them into pieces.

Step 2:
I put a pan on the stove and heated the oil. I added the cleaned chicken to the hot oil and fried it for some time.

Step 3:
When the chicken pieces turn brown, add the garlic and ginger paste and fry again for a few minutes. When the raw smell of ginger and garlic is gone, it is ready to add the remaining spices.

Step 4:
At this stage, stir-fry the ground spices and fried onions. When all the ingredients are mixed with the chicken and fragrant, add the remaining ingredients.

Step 5:
I stir-fried the chicken with tomatoes and green chilies, stirring well. When everything is well mixed, I add water, reduce the heat to low, cover the pot and cook.

Step 6:
I removed the lid of the pot from time to time and stirred it. After cooking for about 40 minutes, when the chicken broth thickened, I removed it from the stove.
