I am pleased to participate in 1st week of Steemit challenge season 31. This week, I will be sharing my Visit a Small Local Shop. So Let's start,

I will write with you about a local shop where things are available at affordable prices and the shop is small but there are various types of goods here. The name of this shop is "Allah Varosha Varieties". It is located in Narayanganj district. The shop is near the footpath so there is no problem to go here. You can go to the shop by walking along the footpath. Although the shop looks like an open shop from the outside, there are many products inside. Basically, some products have been extended from the main one for the convenience of the people to buy.

Refrigerator Full Of Ice Cream

As you enter the shop, you will see a large deep refrigerator where frozen foods are available. This is not the only refrigerator in the shop, but there is another refrigerator inside which I will write about later. This refrigerator only has a collection of ice cream. Among the different types of ice cream in their collection were cone ice cream, choco bar, cup ice cream and box of ice cream. The price is based on the flavor, type and quantity of the ice cream.

Cake And Cream Roll

Here you will also find cakes and cream rolls from various local bakeries. Although the collection of cakes and cream rolls is not very large, I found four types of cakes and one type of cream roll.

Breads

This shop has bread for daily food. They have arranged these breads of different companies very nicely outside the shop so that the customer can select the bread according to their choice and buy it.

Powder Milk

There is a lot of powdered milk in the shop. Although each packet contains a very small amount of powdered milk, they have arranged them in such a beautiful way in the shop that it is very beautiful. Each packet contains 10 grams of full cream powdered milk, the local price of which is 10 BDT or about 1.2 steem.

The main attraction of these local shops is chips. Children buy chips the most from this shop, so the shopkeeper has very wisely kept the chips outside the shop so that children can easily see them from a distance and buy them. These chips are prepared very well in our country and are delicious to eat. The shop also has a collection of honey comb and butter buns.

Apart from chocolate, lollipops, and chips, another interesting food available at this shop is cupcakes. The pie and donut shaped cakes are quite delicious, but I don't know if they are healthy or not.

There is another fridge inside the shop where soft drinks and water are also kept. During the summer, the best-selling products of all of them are soft drinks and water. The shop also has various types of biscuits, candies, watch batteries, shampoo, blades, yogurt, and baby wipes.

What I Purchased

I bought a soft drink from this shop called Mirinda. It was priced locally at 50 BDT or about 7 steem. I only bought this product because it was hot. This shop does not give any bills/memos, only cash is accepted, so I cannot show any proof of purchase.

I chose this small local shop mainly because of its convenient location. It is close to me, so whenever I suddenly feel like eating chips, chocolates or cold drinks, I can easily come here. Another big reason is the behavior of the shopkeeper. He is very sincere. Although the shop is small, many types of necessary products are available.

My experience was very good. As soon as I entered the shop, I saw chips and chocolates in different colorful packets, which was very attractive. Although the shop is small, the things are placed in such a way that it is easy to find. The shopkeeper welcomed me with a smile and gave me what I wanted very quickly. There was no crowd or hassle, so I was able to shop peacefully. Overall, the experience was very easy, fast and comfortable.

This shop is doing well, but there are some things that can be done to improve it—

• A nice and neat display of the products would make it more attractive
• Introducing bKash/Nagad payment would increase the convenience
• Hiring a sales person will help the customers during the rush.

Finally, this shop is not completely backward, but it is mainly dependent on regular customers in the neighborhood.
