One Picture One Store-"Trying to hold on to the greenery of the village"
Hello dear Steamian friends,
Bangladesh is a predominantly rural country; most of the country is rural. As time changes, we leave rural life and get used to urban life. Some of us come to different parts of the city and work, some do business, and some study. But have we been able to remove the tension in our pulse? In the midst of hundreds of tasks and whenever we get free time, I remember the mango tree behind the house, how many raw mangoes I ate in the mango season without my father's eyes, or how many scoldings I received when I was caught stealing mangoes from the mango tree next door.
Our countless memories of the village, the beautiful environment of the village, rural life, and green trees are swirling around us every moment. We can't do anything but take a deep breath. There is no place like a village in the city area, and there is no time to nurture a lot of trees. Then we cannot forget the trees; we cannot forget the benefits of trees. That is why whenever we find a small open space on the roof of the house, in the corner of the house, in the balcony, in the front of the house, or in front of a building, we express our hidden desires and plant trees with good intentions. Not only that, but all arrangements are made to take care of the trees. It is like keeping our own existence alive.
Well, villages, rural life, and the evergreen trees of the village are a part of our existence. That is why almost every house in the city has a small tree on its roof, in front of offices and markets, people take shelter near trees to enhance their beauty. The lawns of the markets are decorated with trees, and they are taken care of. My greetings from the bottom of my heart to those who take so much care of trees.
