Today I visited the BIWTA Eco Park located in Shyampur, the capital of Dhaka. This park, located on the banks of the famous Buriganga River, away from the city, is very beautiful. Along with various rides, there is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the river's beauty and see murals. Today I will observe the murals here and mark them on the steem-atlas map.

Shyampur BIWTA Eco Park is an entertainment center. There are all kinds of entertainment facilities here. Children, teenagers, and adults come here to have fun. The park authorities have also taken various measures to entertain the visitors. Local and international cultures are presented here. Not only that, several murals of mythical dream fairies have been created here.

To come here to see the murals next to the roller coaster, you have to purchase a ticket for 50 taka or 9.09 steem. The park is open to everyone from morning to night. However, usually in the afternoon, you can enjoy riding the roller coaster with your family and children and get satisfaction from seeing the murals.

My little son must have been 5-6 years old at that time. We were standing near a mural of a lion. My son went to feed the fried chicken in his hand to the lion. Everyone, including me, was surprised. He insisted that he would feed the lion chicken. We tried to make him understand that this is a mural; he cannot eat it. Unable to feed it, he started crying. The murals look so alive from a distance that it seems that they are really standing.

What most appeals to you about this place or this work of art?

Among the various types of murals in this place, the mural of a fairy and the mural of a rural girl living with her attracted me the most. We have always had various attractions towards fairies. No one has ever seen a fairy, and I don't even know if it is real. Then, over the ages, a form of fairy has been created in imagination, and accordingly, fairies are imagined as the idol of beauty. This brightly colored fairy attracts the attention of many. Everyone comes in front of the fairy statue at least once and takes a picture, and enriches the treasure of memories.

How does this touch of art change the mood of your daily routine?

Art always creates joy in the mind; no one can say that they did not like the art standing in front of a spectacular piece of art. One can truly find peace in the mind by looking at the various murals located in the eco park. These express the richness of our culture in a day; on the other hand, they bring joy to the mind, and there is actually a lot of knowledge to be gained for small children from now on.
When I come to the park after being physically and mentally tired and visit the murals, the fatigue of the body and mind is removed, and all the ingredients to refresh the mind are here. Once with a fresh mind and body, my family and I return home.

Do you think art and color are important to the people who walk by there every day?

The beautiful decoration of the murals has made the whole place unique. When visitors walk past the murals, when they look at the murals at least once, they notice the murals from afar. They take pictures with them, sit or stand there, and spend some time. The vibrant colors of the art also make their minds feel colorful. It removes physical and human fatigue and makes the body and mind fresh.

If you were the artist, what other detail or color would you add to this place to make it even more special to you?

The eco park is a wonderful place; the environment here is more beautiful, and the murals located here have enhanced that beauty. All in all, it has made the place unique. If I were an artist, I would add some more details or colors to the place to make it more special.
The steps I would take are-

I would create a small reservoir next to the murals. I would present traditional culture there. Seeing that everyone will be able to learn about the indigenous culture and get an education.
I will paint the murals with more vibrant colors. Bright colors always represent the freshness of mind. Visitors will enjoy seeing the bright murals here, which will help them relieve their mental fatigue, which will also help them increase their freshness.

Local artists make the murals
