Today, I am spending the day preparing the historic Chittagong beef for the Steemit Challenge along with my usual work. In today's diary game, I am going to present some of its notable events. At 7.10 am, I wake up. I wash my hands and face and freshen up. I try to observe the sky through the window. The sky is not clear today; there are clouds. Now, of course, it is the time for storms and rain. Sometimes we have to face storms. I come back from the window and concentrate on my work.

In the morning, I have some small tasks at home, which I continue to do. At such times, my wife cut a pineapple and brought it. This is my favorite fruit. I always like this wonderful, juicy fruit. I eat pineapple and turn on the computer.

I log in to Steam. I check the notifications that came at night. I answer them. After working till 9.30 am, I start preparing to go to the office. My wife has already left for school with the child. I go to the kitchen and pack my lunch box, finish my bath, have breakfast, and leave the house to go to the office.
I lock the main door, then come out on the street. Then I wait for the car. In the area where I live, cars are not always available; you have to wait. Even today, I am waiting for the car. After waiting for a long time, I found an empty auto, and I started towards the office in it.

The sky has been cloudy since morning. There is no sign of the sky clearing. I reached the office while observing these things.
I reached the office at 10.30 am. I went to my desk and sat down. I looked at the tasks for the day and then started working with a file. I work in a steel mill. Due to my job, I have to be involved in various tasks as well as prepare store inventory reports. I continue to do my regular work.
After working till 11.30 am, I rest for some time. At this time, I have a light snack and tea from the office.

Now I focus on my regular work again and work until noon. After working till 2.30 pm, I take a lunch break. Before lunch, I follow the command of the Almighty God and offer Zuhr prayers, then I finish lunch with food brought from home.

After finishing the meal, I exchanged views with my colleagues for some time. I walk around the office for some time. I have been suffering from back problems for a long time. The doctor has forbidden me to sit in a row and work. So I keep walking.
It is 3.30 pm, another cup of tea comes from the office. I drink tea; at this time, tea helps a lot in relieving my body's fatigue.

Then I start working. I have to complete my daily work and submit the report every day, so I keep doing the unfinished tasks. At 5.50 pm, I finish my work and submit the report.
As the office hours are about to end, I tidy my desk and leave the office. I take an auto to go home and reach home at 7.45 pm. I wash my hands and face, freshen up, have a light breakfast, and then prepare a delicious meal for the Steemit Challenge.
I arranged all the ingredients to make the recipe
Today I am preparing the historical Mejbani Beef of Chittagong city. For this, I gather all the ingredients. Then I start cooking slowly. I follow each step of cooking and take pictures of each step.

I finished cooking at 11.45 pm. This is the first time I am preparing beef for a party. As usual, I feel a little nervous, but Alhamdulillah, the cooking turned out beautifully, and the taste is okay. I have dinner with my family with a satisfied heart and then go to sleep at 12.30 a.m.
